The VTV Range of glass washing machines has a main frame made of stainless steel, and all parts of the machine body that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel or copper. The machine has internal and external viewing screens, the upper part is Open, allowing larger glass sheets to be washed in two passes.

The washer has driven automatic infeed and outfeed conveyors. Fitted with two pairs of Hotwash brushes, the final rinse consists of spray nozzles and sponge rubber strips. The brushes are suitable for both normal and “low E “ glasses. The stainless steel water tank is installed with a water heater that can be temperature controlled. The spray nozzles are snapped onto the stainless water pipe; this means the direction is easily changeable and simple to take out and clean.

The outfeed rack is fitted with a fluorescent light panel to check the glass.
