Order Cancellations
After placing your order, if you do need to amend or cancel your order after it has been placed please contact a member of our team on +44 (0) 1268 766 807 immediately so we can ensure it is not dispatched. We aim to despatch all standard stock orders for next day delivery, so orders are sent to our stores for picking straight away.
If your order has been dispatched and the products have been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 working days starting from the day you receive the products. Once you have returned the unwanted items to us we will arrange and process a refund for the full price you paid. (In some circumstances a re-stocking fee may apply.) Delivery charges for cancelled orders which have been delivered will still apply and be chargeable. Unless products are faulty or mis-described it is your responsibility to return the items back to us. All products in this case must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty and Mis-Described Items
If, when you receive your products and they are faulty/mis-described then you are entitled to a full refund on the defective product including delivery charges where applicable. We will contact you to arrange the best form of collection.
