Our tips to prolong the life of your CNC tooling

Prolonging the lifetime of your CNC tooling is all in the set-up! Here’s our top tips…
1) Check they are being run at the correct rpm
2) Check your feed rates are correct
3) Make sure the removal relating to the feed rate is correct
4) Make sure the water supply to the tooling while running is sufficient
5) Make sure grades on the diamond and polish positions are correct and running in the right order
